Do you test on animals?
All of our products go through a rigorous testing phase but none of that includes testing on animals.
Are your products safe to use while pregnant?
Since the female body undergoes numerous changes on many different aspects during pregnancy, we recommend seeking a doctor’s opinion before using our products.
How do i know the shelf life of my product?
All products will need to be used by a certain period. This is known as the 'period after opening' and can be easily identified by the pao symbol. The symbol can be recognised as the shape of an opened jar, and will have a number inside; 6m will indicate 6 months, 12m is 12 months, and so on. Once opened the product should be used in this period, as after this time the quality of the Product will deteriorate.
Will i have to pay sales tax?
Depending on the state or province where you are ordering from, sales tax will automatically be calculated during the checkout process before submitting your order.
How secure is my transaction?
The entire transaction is completed on a secure server and your debit/credit card number is encrypted. All information related to the payment process, including credit card details, will not be stored on our site after your payment has been processed, unless you authorise us to do so.

How will my products be delivered?
Given the nature of the products, our deliveries are very discreet. We use standard boxes with no printings.
